I love fried eggs, but recently I only been able to eat omelets and hard boiled eggs.

I clicked soft boiled but I most commonly eat mine over-easy.
Now, if that poached egg is from Essex and it's served over a potato pancake and some scallops, nothing else would stand a chance.
DH makes the best scrambled eggs with cheese. It's one of the few things that he loves to make and does a really great job with.
Totally. But I chose poached. I just rarely make them for myself.
