I went to the dr's this afternoon. Chatted with her, and felt better about things in general. She gave me progesterone to take, and said I could take baby aspirin if I want (she said that there is no conclusive evidence that it helps anything, but it won't hurt...and she took it with both of her babies b/c it made her feel more in control of things). Had blood drawn to check betas and will go back on Thursday for another blood draw to compare.
The cramping has stopped, which is good of course, and the bleeding has slowed way down, which makes me feel better.
So...here's hoping that this sticks!!!
Oh, and we've agreed to wait until this weekend to tell our families. If we wait until Sunday, we can tell my dad on Father's Day, and we can tell his mom on her birthday.

Re: Update
Good news!! I hope it all helps and that the bleeding and cramping is all just implantation/baby related.
I'll keep praying and thinking good thoughts for you! How fun if you and Mel are due just a day apart!!!!!
Yay! That all sounds promising Carrie!
We are telling the fams this weekend too. I am going to steal Emily's idea and have Emmy wear a Big Sister shirt and see how long it takes people to find out!
Still sending lots of sticky dust your way!
Baby #2 - D&E - 10/1/10 @ 19w2d - thanatophoric dysplasia confirmed.
Charlotte Lillian will be forever in our hearts.
Baby #3 - Little Bean - natural miscarriage - 1/17/11 @ 5w5d
Be sure to keep us updated.
I'm okay today. Still spotting, which of course makes me nervous. Still pregnant according to this morning's test, though.
I go back tomorrow for another blood draw to check betas.
