Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

...annnd I miss Austin already!
The house is awesome, the city is cool, I still have my job (that I actually enjoy) and keep in touch with everyone via work and facebook.. but it hit me yesterday - its going to be some WORK to make new friends locally!
Triathlon groups are structured differently - they are way less structured and more casual (which may be a good thing), the nesties seem to have a lot of GTGs, so those are good. Just, wow. I can do it, and I did such a great job of it in ATX, I know I can do it again.. but it is a lot of effort. I'll need to go after it on my own, too, since I already know K is not going to want to interact socially with the people at his company very much. I am definitely the social one between the two of us.
And I can't just go over to Taytee's house and see the kids!

i noticed on FB the other day you joined a tri group on meetup.com -- i met one of my best friends in college station through a meetup group
just sayin! making new friends is definitely work but you're a great little social butterfly! hope you find a great new group of friends quickly!
