Mexican Meatzza (Mexican Deep Dish Pan Pizza)

Baked Ziti with Baked Zucchini Straws

London Broil Sandwiches with Grilled Onions
Eggplant Stew with Honey Golden Raisin Polenta
Chicken and Broccoli alfredo, today.
steak stew w/ white rice and pinto beans, pasta salad, and fried plantains, tomorrow.
Home made pizza, Friday. (I'm part italian so I got skillz like that.lol)
Baked pork leg(w/o the foot), yellow rice with pigeon peas, w potato salad and garden salad, Saturday.
Sunday is my day off.lol.
I'm that organized that I know what I'm cooking ahead to make sure I have all that I need, it makes things so much easier. :]
