this is flameable...

i am going to a retirement party just so i can get some cake...i have been craving cake for about a month now but i have not wanted to make a cake when all i really want is one slice. flame away

  • Haha, that's okay! I won't tell you what DH does. They're always having retirement parties and such at his work (as 6,000 people work there) and he and his coworker always find them and go and take the leftover food when the party is done! He's so bad!
  • Haha that's not flameable, that's hilarious, and perfectly normal! DH totally does the same thing at his office. The big executives work downstairs and always cater in stuff for retirement parties, meetings, etc. DH and his co-workers (the lowly people upstairs) always go raid the food when the big whigs vacate the room haha.

    shoot there is nothing wrong with that i mean the food has to go somewhere right?

    i know when i use to work at the health center we would get pharmacy reps all the time bringing food in. i was a poor college kid i would stock up on food.

  • Nothing wrong with that. I wish I had some frosting now. Sometimes I rather have the frosting then cake part :)

  • go buy a cupcake.  it's small, so you wouldn't have to worry about devouring an entire cake if you made one (like I would probably do if I did), and it will knock the craving out  =)
