Do you live on a huge plot or something? You are going to be mad canning and drying and freezing tomatoes.

yes- ridiculous! We have a farm in Aurora indiana where we grow. We are planning to can, donate some to the food bank and we have a HUGE family and large urban family (what we call our friends whos family is out of town).
We also have 5 zukes, 7 cukes, 35 peppers with different varieties, corn, herbs to feed an army and lots of little stuff like kale, fennel, carrots, radish, lettuce, strawberries, watermelon, cantelope, had okra before my dad killed it, and some others I am forgetting. Its going to be a long week of canning for Mark and I this year. /Happy vacation!
