Ok, yall... I'm probably going to end up burning the house down (and I'm dead serious!), but we just got a lasagna pan as a wedding gift and since I LOVE lasagna, I'm going to ATTEMPT to try to cook some this weekend (key word=attempt). Anyone have a good recipe?? And remember, I'm completely dumb when it comes to cooking so I need VERY detailed instructions!!
Re: Lasagna Recipe?
This is the one I make. Its great and its just big enough for two people with a little leftover!

I wing mine.
I take the meat and mix it with tomatoe sauce (I use home made you can use store bought)
brown the meat then add the sauce
put a thin layer of this on the bottom of the pan, add a layer of pasta on top (use the stuff you don't have to pre cook)
add more meat, cheese (your choicce) and whit sauce (you can find how to make this on line)
repeat until you are at the top of the pan, top layer should be white sauce and cheese
This is my absolute favorite!! I have made it a few times and have made the sauce for it as well as using a jar and they were both fantastic. Also make delicious leftovers!
