Seventh Anniversary

Because I'm pretty sure I just fell in love ALL over again with Sonya Tayeh last night!  And Alex Wong is absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!!  I'm so glad he came back this season. I hope the whole season is as amazing as last nights show! (save a few "meh" moments)

AND I'm really loving the All-Stars because Mark is probably one of my favorite dancers from the show... EVER!

    Me! Me! Me!  I LOVE SYTYCD!  I am however hating the whole All Star thing.  I hate that there were so many good dancers left out to bring back the All Stars.  Sure, I like the All Stars, but I've already seen them and want to see new people.  I feel like it makes the show awkward too.  I find myself just watching the dancer who is competing since their dancing is all that really matters and then I kind of miss out on the whole feel of the piece.  I also think it makes the video segments before the dances less enjoyable because you're not really seeing the interaction between the two dancers.  I enjoyed watching them grow together as partners.  And it makes the judges comments really boring because they have to fill up as much space as they normally would with two dancers, so they're all just repeating themselves and each other.  I hope this is a one time thing and next season it goes back to normal.

    I used to watch it all the time, but I haven't watched the past few seasons. I couldn't stand Mary's screaming anymore lol

    I've found one thing I like about having the All Stars...we can get rid of all of the girls and not have to lose any guys!  I always tend to love the guys way more then the girls just because physically they can do some many incredible things that the girls can't.  So I've always hated seeing the good guys have to go just because they needed to get rid of a girl and a guy.
