Do Bikes and Dresses Mix?
I was planning on riding my bike to the neighborhood Happy Hour tonight. But I'm wearing a summer dress (just above the knee) and don't really want to change just to ride my bike. Is it possible to ride a bike in a dress without flashing the world? If not, then maybe I just slip on a pair of shorts for the ride- man that would be hot!
