Anyone know of a lawyer that could help?

Looooooooooooong story short DH went to go get his license renewed and they said he couldn't renew it because of a ticket that is 13 years old.  Yes you heard me correct 13 years!!!  To make matters worse it is in Colorado. So he send a fax in which he was instructed  to see if he could get out of it and just pay the fine.  They wouldn't tell us how much the fine was.  Well he called to ask about where the appeal was and the person said the judged denied it and he has to go to CO. Well I think this is a bunch of B.S.  I was just wondering if anyone knew of a lawyer that could help.  Also around the price it would be!  TIA!

    Geesh, what a load of crap!!  I don't have any personal lawyer recommendations, but I know Rachel06 posts on the cincy babies board sometimes and her husband just opened up his own firm I believe. I don't know if that is something he does or not, but you may be able to page her and ask if it's somethng he can help you with. I believe there is also another girl on the babies board who is an attorney herself so she may be able to give you some recommendations if it's out of her realm.

    B/c the ticket is in Colorado you might need to contact an attorney in that state.
