It's a shame all those dads out there had to thunderjack our anniversary.
Just kidding!
I hope all my date twins are having fantastic weekends.
I definitely am so far. My H is being so cute this weekend. We had McDonald's breakfast to-go and then picked up our anniversary cake. Later we're going to make dinner together, have cake, maybe pop open some bubbly, and watch our wedding dvd (which we FINALLY got yesterday)!

Wow, Mames, what took so long?!
DH and I are back from San Antonio. We had a LAZY couple of days, but it was wonderful to sleep and have no internet access for a couple days.

Happy (late) anniversary, date twins!
We were away for the weekend too and had a blast! Yesterday we drove home, went to see Toy Story 3, and then watched our wedding video (I cried, but more so because I saw my grandma who passed away in February). We bought a bottle of wine on our trip that we are going to open and enjoy next year on our 2nd anniversary.
We said no gifts, and exchanged cards instead, but DH bought me a book and a game anyway to go with the "paper" theme. I didn't get anything for him, although I did plan our getaway.
