Sourdough Bread
We got an incredible loaf of Sourdough Bread in our last Produce Box. I am looking for ideas of what to eat with it since I don't want it to go to waste. Tonight we are making steak sandwiches (london broil and grilled onions). Anything other ideas??

I like to use sourdough to make French Toast. You could also just slice it and freeze it to have in the future.
While in VA last weekend we went to Cracker Barrel and I got 'Roast Beef on Sourdough'. They had just put a hunk of beef on a couple slices of slightly toasted sourdough bread and drizzled gravy over it. Ate it with a fork, it wasn't like a sandwich. . but OMG that thing was sooooo friggin delicious!!
