Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

that is what me and the boss were talking about this morning. we are glad he went ahead and did it now than a month from now we start getting busy. right now we have enough time to hire someone and get them trained.
the boss did ask me if i thought t would be interested. i called t and let him know and he said he would def talk to him about it and see what he offered. thank goodness if he did take the job we would not really see each other but 2 times a week and i would not be his boss.
