OTP North: Parks with unpaved running trails?
I'm a newbie runner and the only areas I have to jog are paved. I'd like to try some trail running to mix it up. Anywhere in the Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton, Cumming area that's an unpaved running trail?

Do you have shin splints?
Thanks ladies!
No...I don't have shin splints. I follow Primal Blueprint and it strongly advocates exercising/running/sprinting barefoot. Since I'm just learning how to run (can only do about 2 miles now with 4 minutes of walking in the middle), I figured I might as well learn that way and so my vibrams should be here this week (those are as close to barefoot exercising as I'll probably ever get in public). I thought it might be better to take them out on a trail first while I get used to them. I also figured that some of the trails might offer some shade and it's SO darn hot here lately.
