We are actually buying a home and trying to get someone to take our lease over!
That's too funny! Actually I'm not sure that he does have family there. The family we know is from the Darke County area (NW Dayton).

My FIL is one of 8 or 9 kids & dh has at least 50 first cousins. I swear they all live near his grandparent's former farm in Cincy. I'll have to ask my FIL if any of his dad's relatives lived up north. We don't run into many people with that last name so it's funny we're both on the Nest!
