Oh man, that sucks! Leave an angry note on their windshield! My grandmother taught me to always have a notepad and pen on me at all times for situations just like this!
And Kelly, you must be thinking of JerseyYeah, I laughed when I saw it because really... WTF? Who parks like that then walks away like they did a good job. There were about 3" between our cars. The DC area is full of a-holes but I guess they're everywhere.
I did leave a note .... hehe
Actually, I was thinking of all of the old people whose licenses should have been revoked 5 years ago... I had to run to the bank on my lunch hour, and, as usual when driving mid-day mid-week, almost died. Stop signs? Optional! Turning lanes? Optional! Turning signals? Decorative blinky lights to make your tan sedan more festive while it's cruising along at 30 mph in the left lane!

My neighbor parks like this in my complex. He will park over the line onto my side so I park as close as i can to his car (I'm still in my side) except his car is facing in as well. So the way I park he will have to climb in on the passenger side.
I hate when he parks on my side.

I used to keep bright ass red lipstick in my car (you know the ever wear stuff that NEVER comes off of surfaces) and write notes on driver's side windows when this stuff happened! SO ANNOYING!!!
That's just completely uncalled for. In PA they do stuff like this ALL the time! It drives me crazy.
