I want to be a total brat and pitch a fit to tell the roommate to get the eff out. I'm just sick of it, but all DH can see is the extra $ he brings in. Of course, he doesn't have to deal with his inability to do simple things, like clean the dryer lint tray after use (WTF - does he wash everything he owns at once? it's full! and I clean it out every time!), or you know - not move the blind girl's stuff! There's also the benefit of being able to turn on the tv at night and not having it blaring from when he was watching it. Ughh...
I just about lost it last night. An ice cream commercial came on tv, and as usual DH whines about wanting some to be humorous. The RM says "oh, we had some over at so & so's, I could bring you some." To which I responded, "no, none of that stuff in the house." He replies with some sarcastic remark about how he can have it in a very taunting way. "F-you, Not in my house!" I'm just so sick of it. If he can't be supportive of the health of the homeowners, then he just need to get the hell out. There is no contract, we're doing this as a favor - one that was originally only supposed to be for a month or two and now it's going on 8. 8 months. Time.to.go. And of course, DH will say nothing (because he's actually fine with it - WTF!) and eventually I'll get pissed enough to say something and I'll be the bad guy, as usual. *sigh*
Ok, that was more of a vent/rant than a confession. Sorry.

Melissa, I'd be p!ssed too. I totally would be the bad guy, pack dude's isht and kick is tail to the curb.
I confess that I'm feeling very materialistic. DH wants to get me a plain band to wear when my wedding set is being dipped and suggested some other material that would not contain nickel. (stupid allergy) Problem is the bands in the metals that DH suggested are either not femine.at.all., I don't like them, or they are way expensive. Just let me get a pretty and simple silver band and I'll only wear it when my normal set is getting the maintence. The nickel in that won't break me out in 2 days and I'd only wear it a total of 2 days about every 6 months. Otherwise, get me a plain platinum band and be quiet.

Melissa - kick him out! That is ridiculous and the extra $$ every month surely can't be worth more than your sanity.
Michelle - Have you looked at James Avery stuff? Most of it is sterling silver (which is nickel-free, I think) and he has some really pretty stuff. And it's pretty inexpensive...
He told DH last month that he'd be getting an apartment since he's given up on the whole condo fiasco. It's the 22nd and he hasn't made any more mention of it. DH said something about he was going to be out of town for a week or two for work coming up, so he assumes he'd wait until after he got back. Fine, whatever. If he's here on the 1st, I want a check. Plain and simple.

They moved another girl into my office here at work. She is super sweet and fun, but her presence is going to put a cramp on my nesting and other internet activities. grr for having to actually work!

everytime we talk about moving, and i tell DH it stressed me out because what if we never meet anyone, he always says "haven't your knot friends been trying to get you closer for like 2 years??"
