so, my boyfriend and I have been wanting to make a video....(short one) lol....but is that a good idea? we really want to and I and I only will have access to it! and i know he wont show anyone because hello, he will be in it. but anyony else do that? what do you think? i can always record over it easily..... hmmm.......

From what I've seen and heard from male friends and their sordid college hookups, a lot of dudes don't care if their friends see their junk in a sex tape. They show each other because they think it's so awesome they got a woman to agree to it, or the content is hot, or he can't believe he hooked up with such a hot girl, etc. They are willing to overlook their best friend's peen to witness whatever action is going on.
Would it be just as sexy to you to set up the camera in the room to simulate the thrill of being watched but not actually record?

No way I'd do it. You never know who he will show it to --- and ugh, anybody who has it emailed to them can post it mother of pearl only knows where.
This is a bad idea. What happens to this video if down the line you break up? He shows it to his boys...who then send it to others, suddenly everyone in the city has seen you naked and having sex. NOT the thing you want out there publically. I know they are THE thing with kids these days but resist the urge. I hear too many stories of these things getting emailed around and shown to others...
Don't get me wrong...it sounds hot to do but in the end its not going to look as hot as it does in the real movies!
This. Also I agree with the record it then delete it or hook it up to the tv and watch yourselves otherwise I'd say just cover your ceiling in mirrors.
Please do not do this!!! Think about this - if you ever have a child he or she could find it. Or what if your mother or worse your mother in law found this tape, so often tapes like these are supposed to be secret and just between the two of you but they are soonnot.
Also what kind of work are you in? Imagine if this tape got out? I am a teacher and could loose my job over something like that even because I am a married adult to the person who would be in the hypothetical video. I would never do this.
Some things to think about.
I'd do it. My husband and I have talked about doing it but haven't gotten around to it. I trust him explicitly, though, and know he would never let anyone else see it - he's too jealous anyways, hahaha.
If there is trust in your relationship, I don't see what the problem is. You can always get rid of it later if you don't like it hanging around.
It's all about the trust you have. My husband and I have made a tape. It was a real turn on for me. We've also done what other suggested, which is turn the camera on to the tv but don't actually tape. Watching yourself can be really arousing.
Do whatever you're comfortable with. I trust my husband implicitly and have no doubt the tape is safe.
