What a surprise this morning!
Ryan slept like a rock all through the storms last night, thank
goodness!!
This morning, he woke up and I heard him talking to
himself, then I heard the typical wiggling of the crib (most days, I
think he's trying to shake it all apart), so I slowly walked in there...just as I do every morning
Lo
and behold, he somehow got his Whole. Entire. Cast. off and was
pounding it like a baseball bat on the crib rails! It wasn't just a
little one, it wen from his toes, to a 90* at his ankle to another bend
at the knee almost all the way up to his diaper!!!! It had been
loosening up for a few days, but I never ever thought it would have come
off. Luckily, he only had a week left in it and the ortho did x-rays
and said he was all healed up! Great birthday present (he turns one
tomorrow!
