Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I hope this is soon! I still haven't heard anything. What if we started a new thread and called it WW Wednesday or Weight Loss Wednesday or WHATEVER and just did a new thread each week? We can make a cookie-cutter form and just copy and paste each week from the previous week?

Let me write up a form for you guys to approve and we can go on from there! A new thread every monday sounds good to me.

I think that looks good, that way anyone dieting can be included. Maybe we should put tips we have found to be helpful in our weight loss journey?

I think something about activity should be added. Examples: what did you do to be more active this week? did you set any personal bests? activity accomplishments?
Working out is a huge part of not just losing weight, but getting healthy!
