And OMG! Libertarian Party Chair is running to be my senator!

Yesterday, during my review of the ballot bond issues, they had the listing of who all was going to be on the rest of the ballot.  To my awe and surprise, William Redpath, the Libertarian Party Chair, is running for Senate against former Governors Mark Warner and Jim Gilmore (its being vacated by old man John Warner).  I'm torn because I really liked Mark Warner during his governorship, but I better align with the Libertarian Party (by a long shot).  Anyway I just thought that was neat.  I know he has no chance of winning, but its pretty cool that after my recent conversion to the LP the very chair of the party is running to be my senator!

  • You must be ecstatic!

BTW, what are the polls looking like for Mark Warner?

  • Yay!  Get out the vote for him!
  • It's a sign!

I wonder what it would be like to have to choose between two good candidates.  Sleep (that's my emoticon for falling asleep and dreaming!)

I have no idea!  I'm sure he's up by a lot, I feel like everyone loves him.  But maybe its just because I live in NOVA...

Did you hear that McCain's brother called NOVA "communist country"?  That made me LOL.  All the commies running around Claredon, drinking wine at Harry's Tap Room and working on defense contracts.

  • Mark Warner is up by like 30 points.  It's awesome.  He barely has to campaign.  Can you imagine?  We're about to have 2 Dem senators in Virginia!  OMG!!!

The Republican party ought to be sorry they chose Jim Gilmore over Tom Davis.  What a terrible HORRIBLE choice.

I'm glad the Libertarian is running, TeamC, if only for you. :)
