Can you please help me with one more thing? This is the rough draft of the program for my brother's wedding. Can you make any suggestions to make the wording sound better or does it sound fine as is?
The title is "Guest Itinerary". Is there a better word to call it? It sounds too businessy for me...

Thanks for any input!!!
Re: Writer Ladies
This is probably going to be supremely unhelpful of me, but I think it's kind of weird to include the time schedule on the program if this is something being given to guests.
I have usually seen programs called just that or "order of ceremony" but that is more a schedule of the actual ceremony (i.e. prelude, processional, reading, exchange of vows, etc.).
I might delete the times and simply state what is happening:
Pre-Ceremony Refreshments
Oceanside Ceremony
Cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres
Toasts and Strolling Dinner
Cake Cutting and Desserts
First Dance
Presumably, guests will be staying for the duration, not picking and choosing which events they want to attend. Will there be a Mistress/Master of Ceremonies that will announce what is happening next?
I don't think they'll be having a Mistress/Master of ceremonies. The ceremony is for 20 minutes so I don't think a program would be needed for just that. The program is unconventional. It is a fan. One side is a picture of their faces and the other will be the wording I have here. At this point, I'm not going to reinvent the wheel and just go with what the bride wants. So, just looking for some tweaking on the wording. Thanks!
Maybe "schedule of events"
That's all I've got.
I would call it a "schedule of events".
I would also make the following changes for simplicity purposes:
Remove "hour" from the 5:00 item and make "cocktail" plural.
Remove "begins" from the 6:00 item.
Remove "ceremony" from the 7:30 item.
Remove "music begins" from the 8:00 item. (I think it's self-explanatory that the music will begin at this time.)
Just a few tweaks. I don't think the above words are necessary.
I agree.
