Last night, DH and I were in bed and he says-can I make a deal w you? (sure...) I would like to see you join WW and stick with it-even when you get to your goal weight. I will help you and not tease you, but I think you need to keep doing this and going to the meetings. (Ok, so what's the deal?) Yeah, that I would support you... (darned skinny husband-you do realize I'll lose some of my bewbies?) Um, no, you can't lose those... (perv ![]()
One of my main probs lately is that I want to do so much and then I get overwhelmed..., so then I stop doing everything. I will admit, I have been working out diligently 5x/wk-4 minimum..., but that's my own fault. I need to finish what I start.
... and still gaining (darn wine!). I now have 25-30 lbs to lose and be where I feel comfortable.
So, here's my commitment to you gals... I will do my weigh ins and make this work!

With my work schedule it's so hard to work out but I'm so not happy with myself and need to motivate myself to get to working out. I can't even look at photos of myself anymore.

That is awesome Code! a marathon! I did a 5K in '06 and walked 2 other 5K's... but I'd love to get back into running-I just need to get some weight off my knees and then I'll be good to go!
