Funny you should ask. I'm going this afternoon! DH had to call and make us appointments because I'm also super nervous about the dentist. This is the first time I will have gone in over two years (since we moved).
Once I go, though, I'm sure I'll get back into the "every six months" routine. I always just schedule the next cleaning while I'm there. I am a good girl that way...it's just making the initial appointment after I move to a new location that I suck at.
