Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

did your DH get some answers at the doctor?

He did. Instead of jumping on the anxiety thing she put him on some Beta Blockers to see if that helps with the issues he is having. This will also help with his HBP as well. So we will see - that is if I can get him to take the freaking pills. Stupid man - why go to the doctor for answers and then not want to take the advice he was given?! He makes me so angry sometimes.
