As long as you're not rolling in thick oily mud, I think you'll be ok. I know girls that did TTD on the beach and in the water then had the dress cleaned and it looked brand new. If I wasn't going to use my original dress, I wouldn't do it at all. But that's just me.
If you really want to use it, then go ahead. Doesn't matter what other people think - it's up to you. You can always wash it. Do you plan on saving it for a future daughter? After TTD, you can always clean it and then take some material and make something you like or make a blanket or something with pieces of it.
Enough of MJ - I agree.
So a friend of mine was coming back from Vegas last night and I was supposed to pick her up at 11:30. First I get a text that her plane to Denver is running late. Then I get a text about possibly picking her up this morning but I got no reply and she wouldn't answer the phone. So I go to airport as originally scheduled and no Mary. Well she finally calls me at 2am to let me know what was going on. Hello you should carry your ph charger in your carry on. So I maybe got 4-5 hours of sleep last night. I am going to bed before 10:30 tonight!
This is what I like about living by the airport. Call me when the plane lands - I'm usually to the pick-up before you get off the plane and through the airport.
My driveway does tend to turn into a long-term airport parking lot though. I was suprised how many friends would ask to leave their car at my house. I don't mind though.
I live right by the airport too. Atleast it wasn't that far but still I didn't get much sleep. She parked her car at my place so she was going to take a taxi to go there this morning.
My inlaws live near the airport. It is awesomely convenient.
On another note, no promotion today
but my boss was very positive about how I've done this year.
I'm sorry about now promotion. It's good satisfaction to hear how you've done well over the year.
I had my review yesterday. It went ok. I was told to stop being oversensitive about the a$$hole partner. I just ignored that comment.
Great job to the both of you for having good reviews. I never get a review. Oh well. But I am reminded basically every other day how I could do something better or get yelled at LOL
What's everyone's weekend plans?
I am doing the nanny thing. Tomorrow we are hanging out at their place and then I am taking them to my place Sat night to spend the night and Sunday we are going to hang out in the ac and swim.

So I got a small -- rather undeserved bonus this year. Our bonus is based on hours in excess of 40/week. I took a lot of time off for personal reasons, and ended up negative for the year.
I'm trying to decide how to spend it.
1. pull up the carpet and put down vinyl tile in the bedrooms (i'll do the labor). I should probably wait until I have funds for something nicer.
2. Buy a gas grill and hook it up to my house.
3. A spa day.
4. A dishwasher (I currently wash dishes by hand).
5. Any other ideas?
I would get a dishwasher or go on a fun day with your son.
