Mary-Taylor at Elle Hair Spa since she always gives me amazing hair cuts!
Cary Vision Care since their frame selection rocks and they have wonderful customer service! Definitely worth the long drive from North Raleigh.
The Produce Box because I love all of the fresh local veggies and fruits!
I always have a really good experience at Brooks Brothers. Though I hate the fact that most of their women's clothing is made in china, I've never had quality issues with their products the way I've had problems with other stores/brands. Some of their alterations is free--and many times the tailor is on premises so its one less trip to go elsewhere to get the pants hemmed or whatever. That's the only way I'm able to stomach the prices. I've been very fortunate in that I've always found really helpful sales people--in fact, back home in NY, my mom still uses the same sales lady that I bought my first non-iron shirt from (and still wear!) 10+ years ago. And I've had other sales people (locally) go out of their way to get me hard-to-find items for DH.
As far as other raves....I'm trying to think of some other places. I was more of a "regular" at places in NY, somehow I'm still exploring new things in the Greensboro area, 5 years later. Hmm, i'll get back to this one. I like the topic, Elissaann!
