How is the house sale going? Any bites yet?

No, absolutely nothing. Not a single showing. I'm actually very discouraged and finding it very hard to be positive. I think the worst is how much we've been trying to keep it sparkling clean and it feels so worthless. LOL, when we went to my parents' for the weekend (2 weekends ago), I was sure we were going to get showings, so I was literally vacuuming as I backed out of the house. Dave wanted to go back in just to make sure he didn't forget something and I yelled at him because he would mess up the nice lines in the carpet. (He didn't go back in, and no, I didn't actually "yell" at him but said no he can't go back in.)
Mortgage rates are at the lowest recorded ever! What a great time to buy. I'm actually talking to Dave about refinancing if we can't sell, and trying to figure out how long we need to leave it on the market to give it a fair shake. I would be so excited to move to another location and get a nicer commute, but refinancing would also be a good option for us financially if we end up needing to wait out the market.

LOL, where would I get that statue? I've never heard of that before.
We also had 3 other similar house go up on our street and the cross street in the housing plan the same weekend ours went up. If we don't get any showings this next weekend, I'm going to ask our realtor if she would mind just calling the other agents to see whether or not they're getting showings.
If they are, then we're priced too high. If they aren't, it's probably the market.

LOL I was going to look it up myself. I broached it to Dave and he thinks I've lost it. But he didn't say no........
And as far as the other houses, we're in the middle of the pack as far as $. But they might all be high? Or maybe theirs show better than ours online... If they get showings and we don't, though, something is wrong with ours and we need to figure that out.
