Do any one you get sinus infections. Last week I came down with a cold and I have been really stuffed up with sore sinuses since Sunday. I've been taking Sudafed and using the nasal rinse. Now my left ear is plugged. Discharge is yellowish.
Should I wait it out a bit longer or go to the doctors. I have to pay out-of-pocket so I really don't want to pay $100 to be told its viral and keep doing what I am doing. Brian has the same thing and he has full health insurance. i wish I could get him to go to see what they say, then I would know.
Re: sinus infections
When I get a sinus infection, my face *aches.* I get a headache that won't quit, even with Tylenol or Motrin. The PA I saw for my last one also asked if my teeth hurt--sure enough, along the top jaw, my gums were sore. I can't run when I have one, because the pressure in my face and the feeling of stuff being clogged in there hurts like a beast. Someone told me colored snot isn't an indicator of a sinus infection, but the face-pain is a dead giveaway.

I think I will wait a few more days. I very rarely go to the doctors and few the times I talk myself into going, it ends up I have nothing wrong.
My nose and eyball hurts. No headahces though.
Keep an eye on the eyeball pain
