    Oh yeah! :)

However, the only thing that guy can do is tell his sister. Yes, it will be awful for him and them, but it's the only right thing to do.

  • I don't listen but I know for a fact from a very reliable source that most, if not all, the callers are fake

I know. Wendy was pissing me off saying "don't do it". His sister will be devestated (again) and I know his family will be changed but damn. I wanted to pimp slap the FI for creating this mess!

  • I KNOW! If you're gay, you're gay. That's it. That sister will have her life turned upside down when he finally decides that he can't live the lie anymore.
  • OMG, I heard the first part of that this morning and thought of a situation I know about.

He needs to tell his sister to save her from marrying a gay man, but he really should have done it much earlier. Waiting until the day before the wedding is cruel.

Although, WTF - did he never talk to his sister enough to even know the BF's  name?

He didn't know it was his ex BF, he didn't meet the guy until he landed in town for the wedding. Unless the BF has a really unusual name, finding out that his sister's FI is named "John" probably wouldn't raise any red flags.

He didn't notice the name on the invitation either? Even if it was "John Smith" I'd still give it a red flag.

He may not have gotten an invite since he was close family. I don't think it's necessary to send wedding invites to my siblings, parents, etc, since they are so expensive.

I agree that this is a bunch of crap. Today he said that there were pics on FB but I'm sure there were pics of his sis and the guy before the wedding. I think it would be odd for my sibling to marry someone I've never met, even if I live across the country.

My parents wanted an invite to keep for sentimental reasons. I think my mom has already framed it. Plus you always order extra in case there are any mistakes.

  • I only heard part of the resolution on the radio this morning. Unless I misunderstood, he wound up coming out and the sister married the guy anyway?

Yes, that's what happened. Apparently they chose to believe that he's gay and disown him but that his former boyfriend isn't so his sister got married.

  • What an awesome family.

All I heard was Melissa Carter crying.
