Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

So as I was paying bills today I noticed that the one for AT&T our home phone service was more than usual. As I looked into the detailed billing I noticed an $8 service fee.....for changing my last name on the bill!! Really you are charging me for that....so I called and they took it off right away just wanted to make you ladies aware that I guess some companies are trying to get money where they can. Have a good day!

They want me to pay $25 to get an updated staff ID card at work. Are you SERIOUS?! It's not like I lost the darn thing! The women in the registrar's office said "Well, it's not like it matters that it has your real name on it." I said that that was just the point-- it is NOT my real name anymore, and it's not how I'm listed in the staff directory, and it's not the name on my email account, either. I was pretty mad and walked out without one.
I don't use it for much, anyway, but it's the principle.
