I know it's still a week away, but I thought I would put it out there. We dont' have anything special, just going to enjoy the long weekend. May try and go to Philly and see the fireworks, but probably not, because we're just THAT old.

Re: Fourth of July Plans
I will be in Atlanta! i get 5 days of no kids and no husband! i love them very much but this is some much needed ME time!
I am visiting a friend and her family and they are taking me to a Braves game which is my first ever baseball game, and we are going to tour the CNN Center, and IKEA! i am very much looking forward to it.
So much fun! We went when we first started dating and had a blast at the Braves game. The aquarium is fantabulous if you can squeeze it in.
Is there a picture of this? I need a preview!
You know it's good when it has it's own wikipedia entry.

basically it's really cheap ($2 a bottle) table wine. I'm a big fan of the sauvignon blanc, and in the winter they have a beaujolais that is lovely.
I had no idea it was next week...
No plans and no ideas.
I'm not sure what we're doing yet, probably will just cook something at home or go to the beach, who knows!
MT, you'll be snuggling that baby too much to worry about fireworks!!
From your lips to God's ears
Cletus isn't coming until July 6.
That's where we went for our honeymoon. You're going to love it!
I thought DH and I had agreed to stay home for the 4th of July weekend, but apparently we have to go to Lake Charles on the 3rd and spend the night. The 3rd is DH's brother's birthday (the brother passed away 13 years ago), and MIL does not handle the day well. *deep sigh*
I have made it clear, hopefully, that I want to spend the 4th in Lafayette, since we have not spent one holiday at our house since moving back.
We are going to the Blueberry festival tomorrow night in clinton...fireworks, band, dancing, and blueberry wine... yes and yes!
We will just be grilling and hanging out with friends on Sunday and watching friends try not to light themselves on fire with fireworks, fabulous fun!
