What was for dinner tonight?
Hey ladies! I know a lot of us love to cook! Did anyone make dinner tonight and what did you make?
I thought I would suprise DH by making something similar to a dish he had on the HM! I made fresh homemade ravioli filled with prosciutto di parma, red wine poached pears, fresh basil and peccorino romano cheese! I love making my own pasta! It's tedious to roll out but so easy to make!
Anyways hubby LOVED it! His plate was completely cleaned! It was't quite the same as the Santorini version but it was pretty damn good!

ONE OF THESE DAYS I will cook something for real! I swear! Just too busy with other things at the moment....
Takeout! Sorry. We had contractors in and out of house all evening giving quotes on new windows.
This week I did make spaghetti and meatballs one night & turkey burgers with lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
Marinated flank steak, rice, and cauliflower.
Hot dogs lol

Jenny, if you ever decide to leave your HH, I will TOTALLY marry you - but only if you promise to cook like that for me. I do NOT cook. Last night I had leftover cake from our end of the year party for supper. Do not judge me.
Ok ok, that may not have been my true "supper" - I had snacks and appetizers (think wings, nachos, spring rolls, potato skins type food) at a work thing. The cake came later, when I was feeling hungry later in the evening.
Moan.
HAHA! I love to cook (helps that I'm a classically trained Chef)! And I don't judge you... I had leftover strawberry shortcake for breakfast yesterday! HAHA! And when HH is working late, I eat the most random crap!
I don't cook much, but HH made some yummy bean burritos! Tonight is leftover pasta primavera.
He cooks, I clean up after, but its so worth it to have yummy healthy meals. When I cook its like a pizza bagel or something like that. hehe
Jenny, will you come live with me?
We ate out last night. We finally found a place around here where we can get buffalo burgers, so we were very happy. And I had a butterfinger milkshake (vanilla ice cream, peanut butter, and root beer) with mine that was beyond delicious.
