large venues in CLT area for charity event
I am helping to organize a charity event and was looking for a large venue to hold the crowd. I am thinking Uptown or Ballantyne area with plenty of space for tables to be set up for the vendors who will be there. We are thinking 300-400 people may end up coming when all is said and done. Any ideas ladies..as I am newish to town and really not sure..thanks!!

Do you want an indoor or outdoor space?
I second Embassy Suites in Concord.
If not, try the Omni uptown Charlotte, Hilton in University City, Roof with a View, Charlotte Museum of History, the Westin, or Oasis Shriners Temple.
