Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

horray for san diego!
i'm in san diego right now for an HR conference- starts tmrw. my parents are taking a CA road trip and they made SD a part of their trip so i've been able to see them today & again tmrw. i'm so excited about the conference!! i've been up since 3:50 a.m. on Saturday Guam time (which means 12:50 p.m. Friday Central time and now it's 9:01 p.m. Saturday west coast time so I'm pretty pooped!!!!! (i slept off and on while on the plane.....) anywho figured i would say hello while i'm more in your timezones instead of talking in the future
