Exactly! I have been horrible this week! I'm hoping I'll be able to get back on track this weekend.
I've been doing okay this week. Not really a lot of working out but we've been painting the guest room all week. I think that counts
Food wise, I'm doing okay. Not great but okay. I'm hoping that when things calm down after our housewarming party tomorrow, I can go leisurely grocery shopping
I'm going to jump onto these posts now! I started doing my WW's again this past Monday and have been doing surprisingly well! I'm also doing c25k again. I loved it last year so I'm starting again! I've gotten two running sessions in this week and will do another on Sunday. I'll weigh myself on Sunday to see if I lost anything this week...fingers crossed!

Last week, I was awful all around (food and exercise)
This week I have done a little better. I have worn my pedometer and have clocked off over 12,000 steps each day this week. I still haven't lifted weights which I desperately need to do.
My eating is okay, it could be better. One thing I'm proud of is I haven't indulged in any snacks after dinner. That is a huge accomplishment for me. However, since it's the weekend, I'm going to allow myself a snack at least one night. I mean, peaches are in season and how can a girl who loves peaches resist a peach cobbler?!
Bottom line...(my weight fluctuates so much) however the scales are reading between a 1-2lbs loss! Yay!
i started out pretty good....i shopped the perimeter like you guys told me and got lots of good stuff...BUT THEN......
something happened.......
as i was driving to work a strange force field pulled my car into bojangles and ordered me a chicken biscuit....and it did it again the next day.....and the next!!! i don't even eat bojangles....or at least i didn't think i did.
i think i need to find another way to work
BoJangles is my weakness! I love their chicken biscuits with a little hot sauce! I guess that's not helping is it?
