Hey there! Did you ever find a doula? I'm asking because a friend of mine is starting her midwifery/doula training and is looking to attend several births free of charge. Naturally I thought of you.
Her name's Sheila; she's had 3 cesarean births; and she is very passionate and knowledgeable about birth. I think she'd do an excellent job and am considering having her be my doula as well.
I seem to make my way over here pretty erratically, so if you want her info, shoot me an email.
