hahaha, i know this one!!!! this morning, i had an eye appt, then i had to go order contacts, then i got a nail taken out of a tire, then i went to hobby lobby...now i'm on my couch, watching "obsessed"...this show is CRAZY.

So the doc suggested a back rub and the heating pad.
