Do you have a gas grill you love? Is it easy to use? Like, so easy to use & clean that even a novice griller would enjoy it?
Tell me about it!
ETA: I'd also welcome comments about grills you don't like/have had problems with/would not recommend.
Re: Recommend Your Gas Grill
We have one that came from Sears a few years ago and love it. I can use it and it's pretty user friendly but DH does most of the cooking. IT is pretty similar to this. However if you are open to charcoal with a gas started my brother in law has this one and loves it.
Good luck!

I have the one amycathy's BIL has (the weber performer with charcoal/gas start). I bought it off amazon about 4 yrs ago and it still works great. that being said, its still charcoal, so it takes awhile to get the coals to the right temp. . . so if you're wanting quick - this probably isn't the way to go
.
That being said, I'm in the market for a gas grill too - so keep posting! We want to go this weekend and find something.
We have a Brinkmann that we've liked, but I'd love to have a Big Green Egg! Here's what we have (Brinkmann ProSeries 6430):
Here's the Big Green Egg: http://www.biggreenegg.com
My brother's wife's father has a Big Green Egg and loooooves it. I'm just nervous about charcoal! I'm worried that I'd either set myself (or surroundings) on fire by surprise, or that it would take forever to get the temp. right, and my natural laziness would lead to extreme grill disuse.
Thanks for the recs for far--keep 'em coming!

I don't really have a suggestion, just my take.
For 5 years, we've had a small, cheapo one like this:

We just recently bought a Weber charcoal/gas start/larger grill. The charcoal, once you learn to do it right, is easy with or without the gas start. It's great for real BBQs with guests, etc.
However, for just me and DH, I couldn't live without our little gas grill. When DH is in town and I'm cooking regularly, I use it 2 or 3 times a week, even in the winter! It's so easy to pop out there and make chicken, steaks, fish, etc.
Anywho, the little one has been going strong for 5 years and I love it!
