Re: Monday Morning
My weekend was pretty good! I got a pedicure friday night. Saturday: my pregnancy massage and lunch at Nordstroms cafe. I love their Lime Cilantro Chicken Salad. Yumm! I washed all of Ivy's NB and 0-3 month clothes and all her blankets. Sunday: had lunch and did some shopping with the IL's.
Dh gets home today from his shoot in Utah. Yay! On a sad note, one of the camera operators at the shoot in CO fell from his lift on Friday and died. Dh did not know him, but it scared him a little as his camera is positioned on a lift as well. It does appear though that the operator did not have the railings on at the time, which dh said he doesn't understand why they didn't have them on. He said he would never extend the lift to it's full height (20 ft) without them.
A week?!
I think I might cry if she wears NB for only a week. There are too many cute pieces that she wouldn't get to wear them all.

Good Morning,
Friday the kids and I went in the pool and just hung out. We started watching Jaws III but I was sleepy so I told them we would finish it on Saturday.
Saturday we got up pretty early and got in the pool while DH went for a bike ride. After that we went to lunch at Friday's and then to Costco. Then we went back in the pool. After that, we went in and finished watching Jaws III, and then started Alice in Wonderland. I started falling asleep so we turned it off and told the kids we would finish it the next day.
Sunday we all slept in really late. Then we got ready and went to Best Buy to drop of DH's laptop, the fan stopped working, and to Target we were going to get a tent but ended up not and just got some lego's for the kids. Then we went home and played Clue, Guesstures and Cadoo. After that, we went to Souplantation for dinner and then home to finish Alice. I went to bed early because I had to go to work.
Tonight I'm not sure what we are going to do. I may take the kids to Disneyland for the evening. I'm only work till 1:30 M-W this week, which I'm really happy about and then I am taking Thurs and Friday off for a 5 day weekend.

Weekend was super busy!
Friday night was spent hanging out with my sister and doing some errands/shopping.
Saturday am - met with the buyers of my old car and then drove up to my parents house for the wkend. We were suppose to celebrate my bday with the ILs but that fell through so it was just family fun time...
Sunday took my sisters senior pics and then took the train back home. Spent the rest of the night vegging and relaxing.
Today nothing exciting at work but will be getting in a run tonight since my 5k is on Sunday! Ek!
Robyn: How scary & sad. Also, C wore preemie clothes for the first few days (maybe even a week), then moved onto his nb. Every baby is different. Some are born wearing 3 months.......don't cry.
This weekend was just full of errands & hanging out by the pool. Orgainizing was a huge, fat FAIL. I went looking for a pair of shoes this morning & became annoyed by my closet. It's just hard to clean w/C getting into things. Then when he's napping it's my chance to relax. Blah, blah, poor me. :P
It only gets worse from there, my nephew is 7 and my sister was cleaning out a hall closet and he found some old toys he forgot about and of course had to play them all then and there.
That did not motivate me at all.
robyn-don't forget I did have bigger than avg babies. So like brandy said every baby is diff. It's just better to be safe and not wash every single thing at once.
brandy-the other day I was doing a whirlwind cleanup of the playroom. And I kept finding all these books. I was thinking I know they have a lot of books but I thought I had pack most of them away. Turns out everytime I put a book away J was going behind me and taking it right back out.
They have also learned how to take the perfectly organized and labeled toy totes, empty them out and make them into stairs, baby beds, seats, etc.
