What Did You Do Differently Last Week? I gained weight because I didn't eat enough. Seriously. They said I worked out a ton and didn't eat enough to replenish. wtf?

Your body needs a certain amount of calories to boost your metabolism. I don't work out enough to eat those points. If you really work out that much, I'd eat half of the points you gain working out.
Well, I'm half marathon training again so every day I'm doing some kind of cardio (either running, biking, or swimming) and I'm weight lifting mostly every day (just focusing on different parts)... so it's like double days. I knew I needed to eat more, I just genuinely wasn't hungry so I didn't.
I'm working on tweaking that this week so maybe it'll make a difference.
