No shouts, but some thoughts and prayers are needed. DH has a doctor's appt today... he found out a couple of weeks ago that he has a herniated disc. He'll find out the next steps today.

No shout out's from me. I woke up in a horrible mood and am hoping the day gets better!
ETA: The nesties yesterday inspired me regarding working out in this awful heat. DH and I went on a bike ride last night and the heat wasn't too bad. Breathing was more of an issue since I have no stamina.
My birthday is in less than a week - does that count?
Otherwise, my car is in the shop & I am worried it may be the transmission...I hope not!
Shhh--I too hope your DH gets good news at the Dr today.
EA--I was totally thinking of you last night on the run I took with DH. To put it mildly, it was a nightmare. We ran through the shady parks near our home and still sweated up a storm. In fact, we had to stop running twice and walk it out for a little bit, but always got back to running. And, as much as I sweated and had a miserable time during the run, I always feel like a rock star afterward. I hope you did too!!
