    so how does that work? you assemble them and then freeze? do you defrost before cooking? do you need to adjust the cooking time or temperature if they're cold (or frozen)? do you freeze them in the dish, or individually? :)

  • jess, i make them up to the point where you'd bake. instead i put them on a wax paper lined cookie sheet (that fits in the fridge). leave a little space in between them so you can freeze each shell individually. once they're frozen, i toss them into a gallon ziploc bag. then i can grab however many we're in the mood for when its dinner time.

    i put the frozen shells in a baking dish, top with sauce (i don't use extra cheese anymore). bake at the same temp, just longer. i think it usually takes 35ish minutes?
