Lorelai wished she had a single home vs. a twin, but that's ok... (for now)
Lorelai would love to have another 1/2 bath! It doesn't need to be pretty-just functional as it will be in the basement. If it can be 'prettied' later on, then fine, but even blah drywall would be great! (after that would be the kitchen -ha!)
Lorelai is eh on getting new siding. DH mentioned it the other week. Not like the one side is showing as it is about 4' from the next house, but whatever...
Lorelai is absolutely dreading... well, nothing really. Maybe the bills for siding... or central air-she loves fans and fresh air and is freezing in her office right now w the air on. brrr!!!
VXS wishes, hopes and prays her home doesn't get blown away by Hurricane Alex first of all.

What are you eh about doing? VXS is dreading painting. VXS & Fam have painted 6 rooms and they have 4 and hallways to go. UGH!
What are you dreading!.. VXS is dreading the cost of putting granite countertops and redoing the kitchen along with the cost of new siding. VXS also dreads putting the VXS house on the market next year.

Hudys girl isn't really a fixer upper, so this isn't up her ally really.
Hudys is looking forward to finished the room her and her DH started decorating. They still have a wall and trim left to do plus decorating.
Hudys isn't looking forward to painting the trim, it's going to be a PITA.
Hudys isn't dreading anything as far as home improvements go.
Breanne and her DH just had their back porch fixed up- new screen, new door hardware, vinyl on the ceiling and some aluminum to cover some posts that had had some wood rot.
Breanne has several home projects she is looking forward to in no particular order of being finished: new ceiling fans (with lights! and remotes!) in the guest room, living room and master, painting/refinishing cabinets in the master bath and kitchen, new kitchen countertops, replace carpet in all the bedrooms with laminate/hardwood. As far as the outside goes, Breanne and DH want to put up cement board siding on the front and back of their house (the sides already have it), vinyl on the eaves, and they will need a new roof sometime. (This will all take place over the course of years, Breanne is sure!)
Breanne is eh about: painting.
Breanne is dreading: paying for it all!!
Aria is looking forward to a lot over the next five years, improvement-wise. Aria really wants to re-do the back patio in a hotel cabana theme. Aria really wants to do the family room in a spa/beach cottage theme. Aria wants a new bedroom set so she can set up the guest room with the antiques. And Aria has big plans for landscaping since it's pretty much a blank slate right now. Aria really wants to turn the house into a spa retreat in general!
Aria is not feeling eh at this point, except maybe about things that can wait, like the fireplace refacing or the kitchen lighting.
Aria is dreading the fence re-do. Hopefully Aria's neighbors will split the cost,otherwise it might use up the entire tax credit! Aria has a LOT of fence. Aria is also dreading the bathroom re-do's and hope they don't find major plumbing or MOLD. Aria already has some concerns here because the tub leaked into the kitchen and one sink really smells.
Angela doesn't currently own a home, as her and DH are currently in an apartment. However, they hope to buy one next year.
Apartment wise, Angela is kind of eh towards almost everything. She's very tired lately, and doesn't want to think of re-arranging quite yet.
There isn't anything Angela isn't looking forward to :-)
Sheri cannot wait till she gets her own place so she can buy her own stuff.
Chris is tired of living in a house that is being entirely remodeled. However Chris, like Sheri, would love to have a new couch. Chris's current couch is a hand me down and saying it's ugly is being generous, not too mention it is way too big for the room.
Chris is eh about moving all her bedroom furniture into the sitting room that is almost completely finished because it means that her bedroom will be demolished this weekend so that new windows and insulation can go in. Which leads to the ever growing dislike of drywall sanding. Chris hates drywall.
