Neighborhood update
Because I know you're all on your seats for an update.
The house next door was basically gutted and rebuilt. The daughter who was going to rent it, moved from Iowa and decided it was too small for her family. It sold to a retired school teacher who we've met and love. Yay for the foreclosure sale price not being the most recent.
And... we've done a punch list of house stuff, and have decided to get our house on the market by the end of July. Woo!
The other neighbor has muted his offenses to my senses. I did speak with his wife about it, and she said he was quitting after 2 stays in rehab.

After ALL that work your neigbhor did on that house, her kid decided she didn't want it!!! I will have to drive by to see how it ended up. It was looking cute, although I was thinking maybe too much stone. I think around the pillars and front steps would have been nice.
Wow, she must have sold it really quickly too.
Hopefully the other neighbor sticks to his promise.
DH is on board? Yay!!!
