Cupcake Lovers

Today's living social deal is half off cupcakes at Delish.  I already bought 2!  Expires 9/30

Re: Cupcake Lovers

  • There's another cupcake deal here:

  • How does Delish rank on the cupcake scale? The only cupcake place I've tried in Austin was some mobile cupcakery on South Congress or South 1st (can't remember which) that serves mundane, but enormous cupcakes. They were a waste of money and didn't taste any different than my box mix cupcakes at home!

  • i know i'll not in the cupcake loop, but according to the description, they're charging $16.50 for 6 cupcakes.  that seems really, really ridiculous to me.  even 50% off seems steep.  but maybe i'm a cupcake scrooge.  are they really worth $16.50 (or even $8.25) for 6?

  • My BF's sister loves the delish cupcakes the most.  I would rank them tastier than Hey Cupcake, but they don't even compare to Polkadots.

this actually seems like a steal.  I know sprinkles cupcakes charges around $4-5 per cupcake.

  • I've never used living social before. Does anyone know that if I buy 3, 1 for me and 2 for gifts, and select the gift option, will I be able to keep the one for myself? Or do I need to make separate purchases?

Oooh, good to know b/c we sent 3 dozen Polkadots cupcakes to my RE's office when I got me good and knocked up.  :)

  • Hey Cupcake is lame.  It's unfortunate because they have the most locations.  My fave is Polkadots, but to be fair, I haven't tried Delish yet.
