Sort of stemming from Sarah's post...what time do you go to bed / wake up? Do you feel you need more / less than you usually get?
Re: Bedtime/wake up
During the week I am in bed by 930...asleep by 10ish (after a few rounds of playing Shanghai on my Ipod.) I wake up at 5 to workout (cardio) 3 days, then 545 the other 2 days to do pilates. On the weekends, depending what's going on I'm probably asleep anywhere between 11 - 1. But I always wake up before 730, which I hate. I wish I could sleep in.
I think I get enough sleep...sometimes I wake up tired, but after working out 95% time I feel better and more awake. I need about 7 hours of sleep to function at my best.
Go to bed: about 11ish...fall asleep usually by midnight or 1
Wake up: Which time? I usually wake up a lot throughout the night, but get out of bed about 6AM during the week and 9AM on the weekends
I know that "studies say" that I should get more sleep, but I've never been a sleeper...people who can actually nap amaze me!

During the week I usually go to bed about 11 or so. Then wake up anywhere b/w 6-7 b/c I work out in the morning but don't work til 10AM. I usually always feel like I could use more sleep
On the weekend, it ranges on what time I get up or go to bed, depends pretty much if I went out or not
This! I never thought I could say this b/c I used to work out at night but with my job, had to switch to the mornings. I love how it gets you going in the morning
I'm pretty sure I'm going to sound like an old hag by my response!
Regardless during the week or on the weekend, I prefer to be asleep no later then 10:30pm. I like going to bed sometime between 9:30-10 and then I have time to get "ready" for sleep. I can't just fall asleep the second my head hits the pillow, I need some time to unwind. M-F we get up at 6:25am.
Now, on the weekends I'm pretty much the same way, but I won't say "I can't do X because I want to be asleep my 10." If there is any reason I have to be functioning on Saturday or Sunday then I definitely have to be asleep by midnight and able to sleep until 8am. We usually aren't up until 7:30 or 8am on the weekends.
I really need 8 hours of sleep to be at my best, I can deal with 7, and barely scrape by with 6. Any less then 6 and you may as well consider me dead to the world. Hahaha.
Oh my gosh I feel like an old lady! I'm usually in bed by 10 and asleep by 10:30. On weekdays I get up at 7
(to be to work by 8).
Weekends I'm usually asleep somewhere between 10:30 and midnight and get up between 8 and 9.
I need at least 8 hours of sleep to function properly. 9 or 10 is even better. And I LOVE napping!

I need lots of sleep! My typical weekday night is being in bed between 9&10 and asleep between 9:30&10:30. Get up between 6&7. The earlier the better since I need to be at work at 8 and never seem to have enough time to get ready (I get sidetracked easily and like the snooze too much).
Weekends depend on if we go out. If we have a mellow night (which is more often lately), I'll go to bed around 11/12 and wake up around 8/9 - wish I could sleep in more but my internal clock keeps getting earlier.
