I also asked on What's Cooking, but do any of you ladies have a good pasta salad recipe?

Re: XP: Pasta Salad?
I have a good recipe. I've posted it here before and also brought it to a Nestie picnic GTG last year and it's received good reviews.
I'm going to post the recipe again tonight, per Laura's request.
Hm I am headed out to the store in a bit- you don't happen to know the ingredients off hand do you (even if the proportions aren't exact)?

I read this title as XP: Kasta Salad?
I had to open it to see what other board she could have possibly posted about Kasta Salad on...lol
Pasta (obviously)
Ham
Veggies (I usually use cucumbers, tomatoes, carrotes, broccoli, red onion, and red pepers)
Then, I think the dressing includes lemon juice, vegetable oil, sugar, and dried oregeno as Laura listed. I feel like there may be one other ingredient, but I can't think of what it might be. Maybe just salt and pepper.
ETA: On several occassions I've also made a vegetarian version of this salad and simply omitted the ham and added in some more veggies. It's good that way too.
Haha! Kasta salad is famous all over the internets.
That's my go-to easy recipe too. I'll chop up whatever veggies I have on hand - carrots, cherry tomatoes, peppers, brocolli, etc.
The dressing on this is to die for. I made it several times last summer -- I just misplaced the recipie.
It tastes best with ham for the meat, I've also used cut up chicken or some pepperoni.
I just get creative with the veggies, thawed/frozen peas, fresh broccolli, fresh summer squash, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, whatever.
I usually top it with shredded parm. if I have some on hand.
