Recommend your hand vac
Our new townhouse has carpet on the stairs. I need to get a hand vac so I can vacuum them. (unless you have a better suggestion!). Money is tight right now, so I can't afford to spend an arm and a leg. Any recommendations?

Your regular vaccum doesn't have a wand? That's what I usually use.
Hmmm....unfortunately, I haven't had a hand vac since the original Dustbuster back in the 1980s!!
I like Shark hand vacs. I just bought this one. DH & I had the older red version of this. It's lasted years (which is why I bought another just like it). I found it at Target.
I have the same problem with carpeted stairs. While my new upright vac has a wand, the aggitator is just plain wimpy on the brush attachment, so I use the hand vac for everything but the crevices.
