Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Seriously??
I just walked into my other office. Normally I am at one office half the week and the other office the other half of the week. Well I have not been at the other office in oh about 2-3 weeks...been so busy with year end stuff just have not had time.
Anyways I pulled in through the back and the girls did not see me. I walked in and one of the girls had her feet on her desk!! I said something to her walked into my office and made a note of it in her file. Well the other girl was in the bathroom and she walks out wearing a tshirt and shorts! Now we are a VERY casual work environment normally I wear jeans and nice top and flip flops on flats in the summer and boots in the winter. But we def not a shorts and tshirt type of work environment. If it was not already 4 I would have sent her butt home!
I guess thats what I get since I have not been there.

We have some that take advantage of that, especially on Fridays or when we have convention and they know none of the high ups will be there.
I think shorts are not work appropriate anyway (unless you are like George who works outside), but that is just me.
I do have to admit that I have wore some sweatpants a couple of times this month but that is because regular pants right now kill me and I think they understand that.
